As a designer turned product leader in tech, my focus has always been the people on the other end of the screen trying to achieve their goals. With a strong foundation in human-centered design, I believe it's time to start looking beyond the human problem and focus on a systems level approach for more equitable solutions for both humanity and the world surrounding us.
